Nedbank Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, analytical, and has a natural inclination towards leadership.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and assist with problem-solving - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Leadership skills to guide customers through complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
