Job Description:
Capitec Bank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on banking products and services - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and a friendly, professional tone - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a thorough understanding of Capitec Bank's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for helping others - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
