Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team at FirstRand in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable entry-level experience in the financial industry. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality - Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to better assist customers - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling confidential information

Requirements: - No prior experience required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Hardworking and independent, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service - Cooperative mindset and attention to detail in resolving customer inquiries - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
