Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Multichoice Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for data security and customer privacy

Requirements: - Highly driven and adaptable individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
