Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Live Chat Associate to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through live chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with live chat software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be available to work part-time hours
