Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Shoprite Holdings is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time entry level associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers with online orders, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating the company website. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering high-quality customer service. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer experiences. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. 6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly and professionally. 2. Driven and independent personality traits with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative in problem-solving situations. 4. Excellent presentation skills to effectively engage with customers in a virtual setting. 5. Comfortable working remotely and proficient with technology and online communication tools. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
