Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Clicks Group is looking for a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time entry-level position will involve working remotely to assist customers through live chat support. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong leadership and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Leadership skills to guide customers through complicated issues - Innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions for customers - No previous experience required - training will be provided
