Job Description:

Absa Group Limited is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Live Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through live chat on our website - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's ethical standards - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and able to handle a high volume of chat interactions - Strong analytical skills to understand customer inquiries and provide effective solutions - Innovative mindset to adapt to changing customer needs and technology - Proficient in written communication and able to type quickly and accurately - Experience in a customer service or live chat role is preferred
