Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Woolworths Holdings is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time work from home position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Upsell products and services to increase sales opportunities - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or sales - Independent and hardworking attitude - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficient in computer and internet usage - High school diploma or equivalent
