Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at MMI Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of chat operators, providing guidance and feedback as needed - Monitor chat conversations for quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Knowledge of live chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule
