Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Netcare, a leading healthcare provider in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.


As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving customer issues or complaints, and escalating any issues as necessary. You will also be responsible for monitoring chat performance metrics, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for improvement.


To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or online chat management. You must be reliable and resilient, able to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers with ease. Strategic planning and creativity are essential soft skills for this role, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
