Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Harmony Gold in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage live chat platform to engage with customers in a timely manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Analyze chat data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service

Requirements: - Proven experience in managing live chat services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
