Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team at Bidvest Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level, this position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, energetic, and possess excellent research and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and improve the chat experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chat best practices and optimize performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in live chat technology to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in CRM systems and chat platforms - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
