Job Description:
Barloworld is seeking a highly experienced Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Remote Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all live chat operations for the company. This part-time role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service and live chat management.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote live chat agents to ensure exceptional customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat channels. 3. Monitor and analyze live chat conversations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to integrate live chat support into overall customer service strategies. 5. Train and mentor live chat agents to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Ensure that all live chat interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner. 7. Maintain accurate records of live chat interactions and customer feedback. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 2. Proven experience in managing live chat operations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in live chat technology and customer service software. 6. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 7. Excellent people management and analytical skills.
