Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description: Liberty Group is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time Associate Level position requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
