As a Live Chat Officer at Shoprite Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position, located in Pretoria, Gauteng, requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Assist customers with ordering products online, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze chat interactions to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions as needed - Make informed decisions to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
Requirements: - Energetic and independent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
