Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a reliable and resilient Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Use persuasion techniques to guide customers towards making informed purchasing decisions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Proficiency in written communication - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent
