Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Officer to work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely responses to all inquiries - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and online chat platforms - Innovation and adaptability to handle challenging situations - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent
