Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description: FirstRand is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, have excellent attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to effectively assist customers - Document and track customer interactions in the live chat system - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
