Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Adapt to changes in procedures and technology to provide the best service possible. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements: 1. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong research and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.
