Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Sasol, a leading multinational chemical and energy company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses via live chat. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and provide support. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with the ability to work independently and under pressure. 2. Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in computer skills and navigating various software platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
