Live Chat Representative

Distell Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity and communication skills to engage with customers effectively - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus
