Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Truworths International is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify and escalate any trends or issues in customer inquiries to the appropriate department. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures at all times. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong project management and critical thinking skills. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in typing and multitasking. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
