Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a reliable and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team and work from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels - Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and escalating as needed - Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to optimize processes and improve customer experience - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Experience in project management and ability to innovate solutions for customer issues
