Gold Fields, a leading mining company, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience
