Live Chat Representative - Work from home

As a Live Chat Representative for Woolworths Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to online shoppers through live chat communication. You will be working remotely from home, engaging with customers in real-time to assist them with inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and address any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner - Provide product recommendations and assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions - Process orders and handle customer complaints or issues with efficiency and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and sales targets

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others - Dependable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a culture of innovation - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
