Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat. This is a part-time, remote position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may have - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Aspen Pharmacare products - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Motivated and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Soft skills in negotiation and leadership to effectively handle customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection - Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa
