Live Chat Specialist

Discovery Limited is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and able to think critically under pressure. You must have strong communication skills and be able to present information clearly and effectively. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

In addition to the personality traits and soft skills mentioned above, the following requirements must also be met: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
