Remote Live Chat Specialist

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for generating sales leads and converting potential customers into clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, driven, and possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
