Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate information 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner 3. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction 2. Strong cooperation and time management skills to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
