Gold Fields, a leading mining company in Soweto, Gauteng, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate and motivated to provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality - Utilize time management skills to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Motivated and eager to learn new skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
