Live Chat Specialist

Barloworld is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support via live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via live chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and response time

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think quickly and problem-solve under pressure - Resourceful and energetic, with a positive attitude - Innovative and able to adapt to changing situations - Comfortable with technology and able to navigate chat software effectively - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers
