Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Adcock Ingram in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our customers. This role is at the Associate Level, and we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions - Document all interactions with customers for future reference and analysis - Collaborate with other departments to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements - Meet or exceed performance targets for chat response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
Requirements: - Proven experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using chat tools and customer service software - Knowledge of the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical products is a plus
