Job Description:
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at Clicks Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions to their problems.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat platforms. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and confident personality traits. 6. Proficiency in time management and strategic planning. 7. Knowledge of online chat platforms and customer service software.
