Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Capitec Bank is seeking a hardworking and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist, working from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through live chat interactions with clients. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Offer product recommendations and assistance to customers based on their needs. 4. Use persuasive communication skills to promote Capitec Bank's products and services. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and experience using live chat systems. 6. Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection.
