Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize various software and tools to efficiently assist customers and manage chat interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the MTN South Africa brand

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and in a remote environment - Proficiency with technology and online communication platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
