Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, making it ideal for individuals seeking a work-life balance.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the customer service team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Strong analytical skills to assess and address customer needs efficiently - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
