As an Online Account Support Assistant at Aspen Pharmacare in Pretoria, Gauteng, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our online account management team. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with managing online customer accounts, including updating account information, responding to inquiries, and resolving any account-related issues. - Monitor and analyze online account activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with the online account management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. - Provide support for online sales and marketing initiatives, including coordinating promotional activities and campaigns. - Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our online account management system. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in online account management or customer support roles. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems. - Hardworking and motivated with a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
