Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients with online account management tasks. 2. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns through online channels. 3. Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions to improve online account support processes. 4. Assist in project management tasks related to online account support initiatives. 5. Monitor and track online account activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online account management.

Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 2. Energetic and proactive attitude towards tasks. 3. Excellent project management skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7.
