Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Sasfin Bank in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing support to our online account holders and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of related experience and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist online account holders with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to their accounts. 2. Conduct research and analysis to troubleshoot and resolve account-related problems. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests. 4. Monitor account activity and report any suspicious or fraudulent behavior. 5. Provide guidance and assistance to customers on how to navigate the online banking platform. 6. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and verification processes. 7. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of account support activities. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to online banking and account management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service, banking, or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online banking platforms. 6. Strong planning and research skills. 7. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 8. Adherence to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
