Online Account Support Associate

Gold Fields is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Associate in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts and inquiries. 2. Assist with account management, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 3. Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and complaints, and address them in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 5. Contribute to the development of online support resources and materials. 6. Engage in strategic planning for improving online account support services.

Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms. 5. Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
