Online Account Support Associate

The Online Account Support Associate at Standard Bank Group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients utilizing the bank's online banking platform. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with setting up and managing their online banking accounts - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online banking - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on how to use the online banking platform effectively - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
