Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Foschini Group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support and assistance to online account holders, ensuring a positive customer experience. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage online account activities, including processing transactions, updating information, and monitoring account security. 4. Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong persuasion skills to encourage customers to take action or adopt new features. 4. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
