Online Account Support Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and resilient Online Account Support Representative to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to online account holders - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Process account changes, updates, and cancellations as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the online account experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive team environment and foster open communication

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations with grace - Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Innovative mindset to improve processes and solutions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
