Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Account Support Representative to join our team at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their online account inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues - Process online transactions and ensure accuracy in account information - Educate customers on our online platform features and benefits - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall online experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report any potential security risks or fraudulent activities - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems - Experience in customer service or online account support is a plus - Must be able to work part-time hours in Soweto, Gauteng
