Online Account Support Specialist

Discovery Limited is seeking an Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Account Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to online account holders - Assisting customers with any account-related inquiries or issues - Troubleshooting technical problems with online accounts - Educating customers on how to use and navigate their online accounts effectively - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback trends to identify areas for improvement
