Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Bidvest Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our online call center operations. The ideal candidate must be energetic, motivated, and possess excellent presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with order placement and product information - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer records in the database - Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
