Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Growthpoint Properties is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in call center operations. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and confident personality, along with strong persuasion skills and a natural leadership ability.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently. 3. Educate customers on products and services offered by Growthpoint Properties. 4. Accurately document all interactions and maintain customer records. 5. Meet call center metrics and targets for call volumes, quality, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to optimize call center efficiency and customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center operations.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Resilient attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. 8. Confident approach to engaging with customers and resolving issues effectively. 9. Persuasive skills to influence customer behavior and promote products/services. 10. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.
