Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Multichoice Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately - Document all interactions and maintain customer records in the database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed goals for call volume and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Leadership qualities with a cooperative mindset - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work part-time hours - Must be located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal
