Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Remgro is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Representative with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Provide information about products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 5. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 7. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 8. Assist with training new call center staff when necessary. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 10. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
